Neuro Leadership Mentoring · for leaders & owners

I’ll teach your nervous system to make decisions from calm and capacity again.

You function. You deliver. It just costs you more energy than it used to.Your body is starting to speak up?

I’ll find out what happens in your system under pressure.

Individual Analysis ›90 minutes · online · 240 EUR

A precise audit of where your system holds compensatory patterns. I look at what your system actually does the moment pressure and stress arise.

I work with what takes over when you’re under pressure.

I won’t teach you how to run a business. You already know how to do that.

I’m interested in what happens to you when you have to make decisions, stay the course, carry responsibility, delegate, or say no.

I am not looking for a quick fix or a universal guide. I first need to see how your specific system reacts — and only then do we look for a way to work with it differently.

Maybe you don’t need another strategy.

Maybe you need to change the way your nervous system sustains performance.

Still managing?

But do everyday things cost you more energy than they used to?

Still making decisions?

But is there more tension, control, or doubt behind them?

Still moving forward?

But does rest actually bring you back to capacity?

If you answered yes to even one of these questions, it doesn’t necessarily mean you need more discipline. Maybe the strategy that has kept you performing for years has simply reached the limits of its biological lifespan.
Control is not always a high standard.

Sometimes it is the way the system seeks safety.

The fact that you are still functioning is not automatically proof of capacity.

It may be proof that you are used to pushing past your limits.

Rest may not bring recovery

if your system is still in activation.

Why work with me

I work with leaders and entrepreneurs whose nervous system is already paying too high a price for their performance.

Life works on the outside, yet inside there is still pressure, emptiness, or deep exhaustion.

Not because they are doing too little. But because they have been operating for too long from performance, control, and responsibility — without genuine recovery.

Individually, deeply and discreetly

I work individually, deeply, and discreetly with a small number of clients.

My own Neuroarchetypes framework

It goes beyond the conventional division of the nervous system into a few basic patterns.

YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM DECIDES BEFORE YOU DO

Many of these responses happen automatically.
We will see that together.

Before your mind even steps into the situation, your body is already continuously evaluating what is happening, and it happens unconsciously.

What gets triggered inside you under pressure.

Whether you start speeding up, controlling, taking on responsibility, pushing others, or instead withdraw.

Where your performance relies on compensation

What looks like strength, a standard, or responsibility, but in reality may already be an automatic reaction to uncertainty.

What helps your system return to capacity

How you need to work, make decisions, set boundaries, and recover so you no longer have to keep relying solely on pressure and control.

That’s why I don’t begin mentoring with
a single test. I build a map from multiple layers

First, we observe what your system actually does.

Two people can be under the same pressure and respond in completely different ways.

  • One speeds up.
  • Another starts controlling everything.
  • Someone else takes on even more responsibility — or disconnects.

NEUROARCHETYPE: MOUSE

High vigilance and analytical processing.

The system is oriented toward detecting risks, details, data, and responding quickly.

How it responds to a trigger

(information overload — too many inputs, invasion of privacy, chaos without structure, or pressure for immediate public confrontation).

Hypervigilance / Withdrawal.

Internal looping and overthinking, overwhelm, and shutting down incoming stimuli — including food or information.

Compensatory mechanism

Withdraws into privacy and solitude, switches off incoming stimuli, and risks exhaustion from cognitive overload.

NEUROARCHETYPE: LION

High expansion and strength.

The system is designed for direct action, planning, decision-making, and vision.

How it responds to a trigger

(an attack on competence, disruption of a plan, disrespect, or an unexpected loss).

Fight / Attack.

Immediate mobilization, an urge to take control, and an attempt to overpower the problem through force.

Compensatory mechanism

Moves into confrontation, exhausts itself through excessive performance, and risks collapse and burnout.

A Comparison of Two Fundamentally Different ANS Systems

Neuroarchetype is a system of the ANS’s baseline pattern that I rediscovered and named through animal archetypes.

When External Success Is No Longer Enough

When your nervous system lives under pressure, your mind never switches off, your body remains on alert, and the joy of what you have built begins to disappear. This is where the return to calm, capacity, and clearer leadership begins.

External success and internal stability do not have to be at odds.

The problem arises when your life relies solely on pressure, performance, and control. When your nervous system capacity expands, it also brings back a broader perception, higher-quality decision-making, and a greater ability to truly be present in what you have already built.
