How do you most often respond to pressure, responsibility and uncertainty?

Answer according to what has been happening for you over the last three months, especially during periods of increased work or life pressure. Do not answer according to how you would like to respond — I am interested in what occurs most often.

It is not a diagnosis of the autonomic nervous system, a psychological test, or a fixed label. The result is an initial working hypothesis.

1. When I have an open block of time, I feel the need to quickly fill it with another task.
2. When the pace of work slows down, I feel restless or as if I am falling behind.
3. Even when I am tired, I keep performing because stopping feels risky.
4. When someone on the team works differently from me, I feel the need to intervene in the details.
5. When I do not have direct oversight of the outcome, tension builds inside me.
6. Under pressure, I raise the demands I place on myself or others.
7. Even when I deliver results outwardly, I often do not feel joy or genuine relief inside.
8. After a demanding period, I struggle to truly disconnect from work and sense what I need.
9. When things become too much, I function mainly from my head and lose contact with my body.
10. I remain available to others even when this exceeds my own capacity.
11. I often take over solving problems for others, even when they could handle them themselves.
12. When there is tension or conflict around me, I find it difficult to return to my own priorities.
