1What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. The browser's own storage (local storage and session storage) works in a similar way. They are often used to track visitors or to show advertising.

2No tracking cookies, no banner

The katerinaluz.com website uses no cookies for traffic measurement or advertising and loads no advertising or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or Seznam). That is why it does not ask you for cookie consent.

If this ever changes, the website will ask you first and I will update this policy.

3What the website keeps in your browser

The website itself sets no cookies. It keeps only what its forms need in your browser's storage:

This information stays in your browser and is not sent anywhere unless you send a form.

The forms are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). It loads when you start filling in a form, runs in its own Cloudflare frame and is used only to check that the form is not being sent by a bot. It sets no cookies on this website and does not track you.

4Cookieless visit counting

I count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.). It uses no cookies or other storage in your browser and does not follow you across websites or between visits. It shows me only totals: how many visits each page had, which website people came from, device type and country. I cannot identify any of them.

5Legal basis and your rights

I use the storage for forms, the spam protection and the aggregate visit counting on the basis of my legitimate interest in running the website and in knowing how people find it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can delete the stored information at any time in your browser settings; the forms will then simply not be pre-filled. Your rights and how to contact me are described in the Privacy Policy.
